From Philadelpia go East on Hwy. 16 to Hwy 486. Turn right and go 6 miles to County RD. 1711. Turn left and follow the signs to the lake. Neshoba County Lake is one of the 24 state fishing lakes operated by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. This lake is stocked with largemouth bass, bluegill, redear sunfish and channel catfish. One handicapped fishing pier is available, and fishing from the bank is also popular. Sportfishing licenses are required to fish with the exception of July 4. Fishing permits are also required. Facilities: Boat ramp, 24 camping pads with water and electrical hookups, pavilion, picnic areas with grills. Skiing: No Skiing.
